Robyn Jackson is a BACP-qualified counsellor, Life Coach and Myers-Briggs (Personality Analysis) Practitioner and specialist Bereavement Counsellor for CRUSE Bereavement Care.
She was born in Newcastle, but soon after, her family moved to the depths of the countryside, where she grew up on a smallholding surrounded by a variety of beloved animals.
After a successful career in Social Services, the NHS, the voluntary sector, and latterly the Criminal Justice System, Robyn is now in private practice as a Counsellor, Life Coach and Myers-Briggs Practitioner.
Having developed a love of the Tynedale countryside at such an early age, it is only natural that Robyn's home and business should be located in the beautiful Hexhamshire countryside, overlooking Slaley Forest and the rolling uplands of Allendale. Despite this idyllic rural location, she is still only three miles from the popular market town of Hexham, convenient for those who desire face-to-face counselling sessions in her newly-remodelled counselling suite.
In addition to Robyn's counselling and life-coaching qualifications, she has a BA(Hons) degree in Health Studies and Health Promotion, and has qualified and practiced as a Disabilities Awareness Trainer, Health and Safety Trainer and Victim work Trainer.
When she is not working in her practice, she enjoys reading, listening to music, meals out with friends, and riding her horse on the local bridle-paths.
