WE ALL HAVE TIMES IN OUR LIVES WHEN WE
FEEL UNABLE TO COPE AND CAN'T
SEE CLEARLY AHEAD
We can end up feeling stressed, anxious, despondent, depressed or fearful. This can lead to many unwanted things such as low self esteem, lack of self worth, no self confidence, feeling live has no meaning, poor concentration, difficulty sleeping, mood swings, eating disorders, angry outbursts, turning to alcohol or drugs for relief, straying to thoughts of self harm or suicide .
Friends and loved ones may all have different opinions on what you should do, and it can be hard to talk to them in case they get worried and upset. Perhaps what you where really looking for was to feel listened to, understood and your experiences and feelings taken seriously.
Working with a counsellor for the first time can be very daunting and worries and concerns can abound. It is my sincere hope that by looking round my site you will find:

Making changes in your life may feel like a daunting challenge because with change comes uncertainty and a move away from habits, patterns and routines, that although they may not be serving us well are at least familiar. However, change and developing a greater self awareness can also bring new fulfilling, exciting experiences and ways of being that you have not ever thought possible.
