What Can I Help With?
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us struggling to cope with difficult thoughts, emotions or experiences. Whatever has brought you to counselling, you don't have to face it alone.
You might be seeking support with:
-
Anxiety and worry
-
Low mood
-
Stress and feeling overwhelmed
-
Relationships and life changes
-
Understanding yourself and your experiences
-
Difficult or challenging experiences
-
Feeling stuck or unsure about what comes next

This isn't an exhaustive list.
You don't need to have a diagnosis or even be sure what the problem is to benefit from counselling. Sometimes people simply know that something doesn't feel quite right, or that they want life to feel different.
Together, we can explore your experiences, make sense of what is happening, and help you move towards positive change.
How We'll Work Together
Counselling is a personal journey, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different counselling theories and approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you.
I aim to provide a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. We can take things at your pace and explore what is important to you together.
My role isn't to tell you what you should do. Instead, I'll walk alongside you, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, recognise your strengths and consider what meaningful change might look like for you.
Taking that first step can feel daunting, but you don't have to take it alone.
