About Me

Headshot updated .PNG

I'm Lindsay, a qualified integrative counsellor, and I believe that having the right support can make a real difference when life feels difficult or overwhelming.

Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in the emergency services, supporting people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.  I have spent the last seven years working within NHS adult mental health services, supporting people experiencing mental health crises and emergency situations.

These experiences have shaped the way I work today.  I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting, and I aim to offer a calm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood.
